You should get an acknowledgement of your fax/email/on-line registration from us within one working day of sending it . If you don't hear from us in that time, please contact us by phone to check that we have received your registration.

Please think of us as your training consultants. We are aware of the pressures and constraints imposed on our participants by their work and the need for language skills and we will ensure that their training is compatible with their professional backgrounds.

It is our pleasure to advise you fairly, honestly and cost effectively. If we think our courses are not suitable for your particular needs, we will say so. It is not in our interest to sell you a course which is not appropriate for you or your colleagues and we will never do so. Our reputation depends on your success.
