Our participants come from a wide range of business and professional sectors.  This makes for a stimulating and motivating atmosphere in which to train. You will enjoy exchanging experience with colleagues from around the world and there are plenty of opportunities for business networking.

When arranging the micro-groups we consider, in addition to level, position and personality, each participant's sector and their compatibility within the training group. Our aim is to recreate work environments which are as authentic as possible.  We give you the confidence to practise newly acquired skills, to take risks and in this way improve under the supervision of your trainer.

When devising activities and participant roles within them, we customise according to your professional needs. For example, we might role play a crisis meeting in which one participant who is an HR Director, one who is a line manager and one a lawyer try to resolve an employment dispute. 

Whether in the training room or outside you will find many opportunities to meet and socialise with like-minded professionals from a wide range of sectors, companies and cultures.
